The Neurological Alliance of Ireland are excited to be working with our Project Partners the Disability Federation of Ireland and the HSE in Phase II of the Joint Neuromapping Project.
Phase II of the Neuromapping Project seeks to understand the current service and support pathways that occur between existing and developing community services for people with neuro-rehabilitative needs.
Phase II will roll out in CHO s 2,3 and 6 in 2024,
