Eamon McPartlin

Eamon McPartlin is the lived experience representative nominee to the board of NAI. Eamon lives with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and another neurological condition called Dystonia. Eamon is founder and chair of FND Ireland, the first Irish registered support organisation for those living with FND. He is also the outgoing chair of the Neurology Support Centre in Sligo.


He has a passion for patient advocacy, education and research and he says his 'lived experience' is the key to advancing this passion. Eamon is an active HSE patient partner and is a member of a number of HSE Steering and Working Groups, including the National
Neuro-Rehabilitation Community and Data Workstream Groups.
